There is nothing worse than someone who purposely winds you up and then tells you to calm down. When someone tells you to calm down it provokes a response, and generally not a nice one! Here are a few things you can say to the instigator to shut them up.

Oof I’m always shouted at to calm down by my friend phoebe after she says something she knows I don’t like and gets me in a rant. She just goes “God, calm down Frankie,” I usually just say, “you started this rant, my off button doesn’t work until I’ve finished,” so, yeah. I don’t know what to say know or why I even commented this.
