Vancouver real estate

My property value will never go down

by Leave a Comment

When Khloe has dinner with her uncle she tells him that she is about to purchase a 600 square foot condo for $600,000. Her uncle advises her not to buy at the top of the market. Khloe responds, “My realtor and my banker told me that my property value will never go down. This is the best place to live, everyone wants to move here.” Uncle Jim reminds her of other former hot markets like Miami, Phoenix and California. Jim says, “it is never wise to fully trust someone who is trying to sell you something.”
