Funny things to say to a SHALLOW PERSON

Hanging out with a shallow person can be fun for a while, but it can also grow tiresome pretty quickly. Sure, we are all interested in superficial things when we’re 15. As you get older most people are more concerned with deeper issues. When all your friend can talk about is “Keeping up with the Kardashians”, they may no longer be a fit for you.

Shallow people focus on the appearance of things, and are constantly consumed with their social status and comparing themselves to others. They take selfies everywhere and are overly preoccupied with what other people think of them. They are more concerned with the image they portray to the world, and they don’t actually care about the reality of their life, which may be in shambles.

A shallow person may be into you right now, but if something better comes along, they will ditch you like a hot potato. I once had a stunningly beautiful friend, who had the depth of a potted plant. She would use others to get invited to events, then would ditch them when she got there as soon as she saw someone more influential to talk to.

If you want to let someone know that you have had enough of their shallow behavior, use one of our great comebacks.
